Day 2 of Ladies Conference 2025 brought raw truth, redemptive tears, and real transformation. Because enlarging your capacity starts with healing what hurts.

Conference: Enlarge Your Capacity
š Day 2 (12th July) | Session 3
š¤ Minister: Loise Muriithi
šø Welcome to Session 3 ā #EnlargeYourCapacity
The afternoon of 12th July unfolded with hearts full of expectation. As women gathered for the third session of the Ladies Conference 2025.

After two powerful sessions led by Rev. Joyce Singi, the atmosphere was already charged with revelation and deep spiritual stirring. For Session 3, the baton was passed to another anointed voice, Loise Muriithi,
A certified Counselling Psychologist. Mother of four, Sunday school teacher, and a woman who has walked through the very healing she came to preach.

āI didnāt go to school for this. God trained me in His own school.ā
She came not with notes, but with scars. And it was exactly what we needed.
š” Insight, Wit & Brave Reflection

With humour, humility, and deep biblical conviction, Loise peeled back layers of emotional pain that many women quietly carry:
- Abandonment; Betrayal; Depression
- Church wounds; Childhood trauma
- Pain of divorce; Weight of ministry

Reading from Isaiah 54:1ā5, Loise reminded us that enlarging your tent doesnāt happen when you feel strong. It begins right in your brokenness.
āGod said āSing, O barren.ā Thatās not a lullaby. Itās a battle cry.ā
š„ Real Talk: Wounds We Donāt Talk About

Loiseās testimony was both sobering and healing. Married at 21. She later faced betrayal, emotional abandonment, and ultimately, single motherhood. All while navigating the expectations of ministry life.
She shared how unprocessed trauma led to physical illness. Diagnosed as fibromyalgia (muscle pain, fatigue and sleep disturbance). And eventually, emotional burnout. Yet through it all, God never let go.
āI was depressed, in pain, parenting alone. And still showing up to work and church. But God was writing something beautiful in secret.ā
š§µ How to Heal & Stretch: Five Keys
1ļøā£ Acknowledge the Pain
Donāt cover it. Donāt fake strength. Bring it to the light.

āA wound that stays hidden will rot. But what comes to the light can heal.ā
2ļøā£ Forgive. But Donāt Forget
āForgiveness is not forgetting. Itās surrendering your right to revenge.ā
Loise beautifully explained how forgiveness frees you. Not your offender. It’s not weakness. Rather, it’s warfare.

3ļøā£ Rewrite the Lies with God’s Truth
She shared how rejection had distorted her identity. Until Godās Word redefined her.
āOne personās rejection made me feel unlovable. But God calls me the apple of His eye.ā

4ļøā£ Embrace Community

Isolation intensifies pain. Loise encouraged women to seek connection. Through friends, counsellors, sisters, and the Spirit-led church community.
āGod heals in safe spaces. Find your safe people.ā
5ļøā£ Reclaim Your Story
Your scars are not your shame. They are your sermon.
āGod didnāt waste my pain. He used it to open doors I never imagined.ā

š A Holy Moment: Ministry, Prayer & Worship
As the sermon concluded, a deep hush fell. Then came a flood of tears, of prayers, of freedom.

Women poured out their hearts. Some prayed for the strength to forgive. Others broke down over hidden trauma. Healing had begun.
āYou are not too damaged for God to use. Your capacity begins where your control ends.ā
š½ļø Fellowship & Sisterhood

Following the session, women shared a meal, exchanged testimonies, and formed new bonds. Because healing isnāt just a personal moment. Itās a shared journey.
šø Closing Reflections & Group Photo

As the day closed, one thing was clear: God is enlarging His daughters. Not by giving them more to do. But by making room in their hearts for healing, restoration, and kingdom purpose.
āScars donāt disqualify you. They qualify you.ā
