On Day 1 of ARC Southern Africa, we glimpsed God’s presence on mountain peaks, in valley places, within marriages, through holy pursuit, in bold testimonies and in the power of church community.

Pst. Dino reminded us that God designs uneven terrain. Not for frustration, but for faith. “We can work a broom and a mic!” He laughed, because our Shepherd meets us in sweeping floors or speaking from pulpits.
Whether we’re on a high ridge or in a low valley. God can’t get better. He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.

“99 percent of leaders fail for not taking care of themselves,” he declared. Echoing how neglected selfcare collapses leaders and their legacies.
He mapped out Godly, Disciplined, Strategic and Magnet leaders. Each rung demanding integrity, vision, focus and generosity.

He urged us to make repentance as routine as brushing our teeth. Keeping our hearts tender and our eyes fixed on God’s presence.

Run Your Race with Grace (Pst. Randy)
After his son sprinted too fast and fell, Pst. Randy challenged us to match God’s pace, not our neighbor’s. “Grace sets your tempo,” he said.
Urging each of us to run our own race with biblical endurance.
Repentance as Daily Devotion (Pst. Meg)
“Repentance is like brushing your teeth. Skip it, and you’ll pay later,” quipped Pst. Meg. She reminded us that victories should humble us, not crown us
And that a soft heart attracts revival.
